I’m Judy Phelps, your local State Farm Agent right here in London, Kentucky, and I have spent more than 40 years helping families and businesses prepare for life’s changes with confidence. As a hometown, second‐generation agent, this work is personal to me. I have proudly served London, Corbin, Manchester, McKee, Somerset, Barbourville, Mount Vernon, and communities across Kentucky, building long‐term relationships grounded in experience, consistency, and care. ✅🏠🚗

My goal has always been simple: help you review where you are today and prepare for what’s ahead, whether that’s protecting your vehicle with auto insurance, safeguarding your home with homeowners' insurance, or making sure your loved ones are protected with life insurance. I also assist customers with renters' insurance, business insurance, motorcycle insurance, boat insurance, recreational vehicle insurance, pet insurance, and more—always taking the time to walk through options that fit your needs and stage of life. Education and professional growth have played a big role in my career. I earned my BS from Eastern Kentucky University and hold both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and ChFC designations. I’m also a State Farm Lifetime President’s Club Qualifier and an active member of the London–Laurel County Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Society of Financial Service Professionals, and Corinth Church. Giving back and staying involved locally is important to me—it’s part of what keeps me connected to the community I serve.
